Cricket all-rounder Mikkel Govia son of football legend Russell Latapy is putting in the hard yards with the hope of making the nation cricket team for the regional championships this year.
The Queen's Park player who was one of a hand-full of T&T players to take part in the Cool and Smooth cricket cup in Antigua now has his focus on the domestic T20 competition where he hopes to prove himself some more.
