⬗Method:- * Turn on the gas stove, keep the kadai on the gas stove. * Now add 1 litre of milk (full fat milk) * Stir on low medium heat for 10 minutes. * Now add 1/2 cup of sugar. * Add 1 tsp of Rose water. * Stir on low medium heat for 5 minutes. * Now take 1/3 cup of milk in a bowl. * Add 2 tbsp of Cornflour. * Mix it well & add this milk and cornflour mixture. * Stir continuously for 10 to 15 minutes on low flame. * Add 1 tsp of Cardamom powder. * Stir continuously for 5 minutes on low flame. * Our Afghan Phirni is ready. * Garnish with some chopped almonds, crushed pistachio & 5 to 6 strands of saffron * Allow to cool completely before serving.
