🍛Here’s a tangy and flavorful Tuna Fish Curry recipe:- ☛FOR MARINATION:- * Tuna Fish (Cut int pieces) - 1 kg * Add ½ tsp Turmeric powder. * ½ tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder. * ½ tsp Salt. * ½ Lemon juice. * Mix well. * Set aside for 10 minutes to marinate.
☛FOR MASALA PASTE:- * Take ½ bowl coriander leaves in a grinding jar. * Add 1 roughly sliced onion. * 2 Green chillies - cut into two. * 8-10 whole black peppercorns. * ½ tsp cumin seeds. * 4 tbsp water. * Grind it. * Our Masala Paste is ready.
☛FOR FRIED FISH:- * Heat 4-5 tbsp oil in a frying pan. * Add the marinated fish to the pan. * Fry the fish pieces on medium flame for 5 minutes. * Flip & fry the fish pieces on medium flame for 3 minutes. * Take it out in a plate & keep it aside for further use.
⬗Method:- * Heat the same oil in a kadai(WOK) in which we fried the fish pieces. * Add 10-15 fenugreek seeds, ½ tsp cumin seeds & 8-10 curry leaves. Fry them well. * Add 1 finely chopped onion & fry them until they turn light brown in colour. * Add 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste. Mix & cook well. * Add the masala paste. Stir & cook well. * Wash the grinding jar in which we made the masala paste & pour that water into the kadai. Stir & cook well. * Now add 2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, ½ tsp Cumin powder & ¼ tsp Black pepper powder. Mix & cook well. * Add 1.5 Glass of hot water. Stir well. * Add ½ tsp Salt. Stir & mix well. * Close the lid & let it cook on medium flame for 5 minutes. * Open the lid after 5 minutes. Stir & mix well. * Add 3 tomatoes puree. Mix & cook well. * Add 1 green chilli - Slit in centre. stir & cook well * Close the lid & let it cook on medium flame for 5 minutes. * Open the lid after 5 minutes. Stir & mix well. * Add 4 tbsp tamarind pulp & ¼ tsp Garam masala. Stir, mix & cook well * Add the fried fish pieces & some chopped coriander leaves. Stir & mix well. * Close the lid & let it cook on low flame for 5 minutes. * Open the lid after 5 minutes. Stir & mix well. * Take it out in a plate or bowl & garnish with fresh coriander leaves
