Floods destroy Victorian town Rochester's sewerage system, Coliban Water urges residents not to flush toilets

The clean-up continues in Rochester, where residents are now dealing with a sewerage system failure which means they might not have flushing toilets for two months. Some residents are wondering why more wasn't done to protect the town, after a similar catastrophic flood in 2011.
