Residents in Melbourne’s sprawling outer west say it's taking far too long to deliver basic public transport infrastructure in their booming area. The Victorian government promised to spend 200-million-dollars building a new train station at Tarneit west, and planning for one at Truganina. But locals say they have been waiting for better infrastructure for years and they're feeling abandoned.
