Robodebt royal commission hearings start in Brisbane today. Here's what to expect

The royal commission into the debt recovery scheme known as 'Robodebt' will begin in Brisbane today. The program was found to have unlawfully claimed almost two-billion dollars in payments from more than 400-thousand people.
