Victoria is set to overhaul its emergency call system following a scathing review into the state's triple-zero delays and lengthy ambulance wait times. The report found that answer speed had fallen below the communities expectations with more than thirty Victorians having died as a result of lengthy wait times for ambulances and delayed triple-zero calls.
