00:50Without Oz Harvest we really would barely be able to run.
00:55We would be completely lacking in fresh food, any milk, dairy, meat, that's where it
01:02all comes from.
01:03The only fresh produce we would have is what we can grow in our garden.
01:07We just simply couldn't afford to get it ourselves.
01:09We're seeing a huge variety of families from double income to single mums escaping domestic
01:16violence.
01:17We're seeing recent refugees and migrants and we're seeing young people as young
01:23as 18, 19 living on their own to seniors in the 80s and 90s.
01:27It's really across the lifespan that people are needing food right now.
01:31The Three Oz Harvest trucks are out every day collecting and rescuing food so that it can
01:36get out into the Canberra community.
01:37Supporting us in the Canberra Daily Appeal really means that that investment stays local.
01:42It means that our trucks can get out there every day and deliver that food for free to
01:4764 charities right across Canberra.
01:49We're in Condor today but we're up in Gungahlin, we're through the centre of Canberra and down
01:55here in Tuggeranong every single day delivering for a growing demand of food support that's
02:02needed.
02:03Food support that I think is quite hidden and we often forget is right here.
02:09It's our neighbours, it's our community members, it's people we see every day who might be needing
02:14the very support that's delivered in places like this.
