Family fight to keep their 120-year-old Victorian business alive

The tourist town of Port fairy in Victoria's south west contains plenty of hot property with homes and businesses in the seaside community regularly selling for millions of dollars. When the owners of the local hardware store decided to sell - they refused offers from developers until they found a buyer who would keep the 120-year-old business alive.
