Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin told the Dewan Rakyat on Monday (Oct 4) that individuals who are allergic to a particular vaccine cannot use it as a reason to avoid vaccination.
He said they must get this certified by the district health officer who will then recommend that a different vaccine is given instead.
