SHAMI KABAB Dry red chilli - 4 Bay leaf - 1 Coriander seeds - 1 Tbsp cloves - 6-7 Cinnamon stick - 2 Black peppercorn - 7-8 Black cardamon - 1 Nutmeg( Javitri ) - 1 Cumin Seeds - 1 Tbsp Mutton Kheema - 500 gms Channa Dal - 1 bowl onion – 1 Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp Green Chillies – 2 Red Chillie Powder - 1 TSP Salt as per Taste Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp Masala Powder Bay Leaf Dry Red Chillies Water - 1 Cup
Pressure Cooker it for 45 Minutes on Low Flame Cool down the Kheema and then Grind it Oinon - 1 finely chopped Green Chillie - 2 Finely Chopped Pudina Leaves Dhaniya Corn Flour - 2 Tbsp
METHOD: Roast the whole spices and then grind it to fine powder. In cooker put kheema, souked channa dal ,ginger garlic paste, all dry masala . dry red chillie and bay leaf. Cook it for 45 minutes on low flame. Afterb 45 minutes let it cool down and grind it. Add onions,green chillies.mint leaves and coriander leaves. Make kabab and fry till golden brown.
