BHEJA MASALA FRY Goat bheja -1 Onions 2 medium size (chopped) Ginger garlic paste ½ Tsp Turmeric powder – ¼ Tsp Red chilli powder – 1 Tsp Cumin powder – ½ Tsp Garam Masala powder – ½ Tsp Curd – 1 tbsp Salt as per taste Green chilli – 1 Coriander leaves
METHOD
Boil the bheja in salt and Turmeric powder. Heat the oil , fry onions in it till pinkish brown. Add ginger garlic paste. Add all powder masalas. Add curd and fry for 1 minutes. Then add bheja and salt as per taste. Cook for 2 minutes and then its done. Garnish with green chilli and coriander leaves.
