Channa dal pakoda Indredients are Channa dal – 250 gms Onions – 2 chopped Dhaniya leaves - some Green chillies – 5-6 finely chopped Salt as per taste Baking soda – ¼ TBSP Method 1.Soak the dal overnight. 2.do the mixture 3.Add chopped onions 4.Some Dhaniya (coriander) leaves 5.Add chopped Green Chillies 6. Salt as per taste 7. Add 2-3 pinch of baking soda 8. Mix all well and fry it on medium high flame 9.Serve it with green chutney FOR CHUTNEY
CARIANDER LEAVES -SOME MINT LEAVES – SOME GREEN CHILLIE – 2 NOS. GARLIC – 5 NOS. JEERA – 1 TBSP SUGAR – 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE – HALF LEMON CURD – 4-5 TBSP (DAHI ) GRIND IT TO A FINE CHUTNEY
