MUTTON TAKA TAK
INGREDIENTS Mutton Kheema Mutton Bheja Gurdha Mutton Kaleji Oil – 1 bowl Ginger Garlic Paste -1 tbsp Salt as per taste Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder - 2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder - 1 Tsp Tomato - 2 medium Yogurt - 1 cup /150 gms Fried Onions Ginger Green Chillies Coriander leaves
METHOD - Put 2 tbsp oil in pan. Put kaleji,gurda and mutton pieces in it. - Fry till water release ,then throw away that water. - Then add ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smell goes off. - The add kheema and bheja to it. - Put salt as per taste. - Then put all dry masalas. - Fry for some time and cover and cook for 5 minutes on medium low flame. - Then add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. - Mix both together and cook it for another 5 minutes on low flame. - Then add yogurt to it and cook it for 5 minutes. - Oil will relies and all mutton is cook tender. - At the end add ginger juvellian cut, green chillies and coriander leaves. - Total time for cooking will be 40 to 45 minutes. 0 Comments
