Regulatory board releases Skyway 3 toll rates

The Toll Regulatory Board releases the rates for the use of Skyway three. Passing through the elevated expressway has been free since January but fee collection will begin this Monday, July 12th. The Toll Regulatory Board believes the rates are fair for motorists.
