Sa pagpapalawig ng pamahalaan ng taning para sa mga jeepney operator na makipag-consolidate ng prangkisa sa isang kooperatiba o korporasyon sa loob ng tatlong buwan, naniniwala ang mga transport official na tataas pa sa 85% mula 76.6% ang tinatawag na consolidation rate.
