Delta variant traced to hotel case but details unclear

Victoria has recorded 2 new local cases of Covid-19 today and health authorities have linked Melbourne's outbreak of the Indian variant of Coronavirus, known as the Delta strain, to a case in the state's hotel quarantine system.
