Ordinary Labor members can vote for next party leader

Shane Broad has thrown down the gauntlet to David O'Byrne in the battle to become the next leader of the Tasmanian Labor Party. It's the first contest since 1988 and will mark the first time ordinary Labor members get to have their say.
