Telco to pay $50m for treatment of Indigenous customers

Telstra has been handed a 50 million dollar fine in the federal court after admitting to unconscionable conduct. Last year. the ACCC found the telco had been selling mobile phone products and plans to indigenous consumers who did not understand them and could not afford the products.
