00:11experienced nurses that are leading in record numbers and that means that even with new ones

00:17coming through that the numbers that frontline staff just aren't what they need to be. So that's

00:23as much about the staff as it is for me being able to hold the ministry accountable. It's also

00:30for the staff to be able to get their fair share of resources and put their hand up and say this

00:34is the areas we need to focus on. So I'm a big believer in accountability. I want to hold

00:39ministers accountable and that sharing of that data at all times is a big deal.
