NSW woman dies after receiving AstraZeneca vaccine

Australia's Chief Medical Officer has called for caution after a 48 year old woman died in New South Wales after receiving the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine. Paul Kelly says the woman received the AstraZeneca shot a few days before she became ill but he says it's not yet clear whether there is any link.
