Australia has secured an extra 20 million doses of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine as the Federal Government overhauls its coronavirus vaccination plans. The Pfizer vaccine is now preferred for people under the aged of 50, due to concerns about possible links between the AstraZeneca jabs and rare blood clots.
