Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Parliament and Law) Datuk Seri Takiyuddin Hassan said for the purpose of compounding and enforcement under Act 342, the Cabinet has decided to stipulate the offences into three categories.
He also said those who flout the existing prohibition on pubs and nightclubs under the movement control order (MCO) will be fined the maximum amount.
