CCTV footage of a man police "urgently need to identify" following a possible kidnapping outside a supermarket in Blackburn has been released.
A man was reportedly bundled into a burgundy Skoda estate car and driven off by a group of men outside the Tesco store in Hill Street at around 12.20pm on Friday (March 5).
