Ingredients
1and ½ cup all purpose flour
1pinch salt
2tsp oil
1/2cup water
Oil for fry

Process
In a bowl take flour salt and oil and mix well.
Now add water and mix properly and again add 1tsp oil
Then make small dough.
Now make small round luchi ,make proper shape add oil if needed.
Then add oil in a pan and warm it and fry one by one the luchi.
Fry one side then other side.
Now take a bow and keep some paper inside the bowl and then keep there the luci so that paper absorb the extra oil.
