BODY BUILDING FOOD CLASS IV SCIENCE
What is body building food?
Chicken, turkey, beef, pork, fish, eggs and dairy foods are high in protein, as are some nuts, seeds, beans, and lentils. Casein or whey are often used to supplement the diet with additional protein.
What are examples of body building food?
Bodybuilding Nutrition: Foods to Eat and Avoid

Meats, poultry and fish: Sirloin steak, ground beef, pork tenderloin, venison, chicken breast, salmon, tilapia and cod.
Dairy: Yogurt, cottage cheese, low-fat milk and cheese.
Grains: Bread, cereal, crackers, oatmeal, quinoa, popcorn and rice.
The two main food groups that contribute to protein are the:

'lean meat and poultry, fish, eggs, tofu, nuts and seeds and legumes/beans' group.
'milk, yoghurt, cheese and/or alternatives (mostly reduced fat)' group.
What happens if you don't get enough protein?
Insufficient protein in your diet reduces lean body mass, muscle strength, and function. Not consuming enough protein can also cause muscle cramping, weakness, and soreness. Your body will take protein from muscle tissue and use it as energy to support other vital body functions when protein is low.
