Here is a pranayama ( breathing technique) I practice every night to soothe my nervous system and induce better sleep :)

Bhramari pranayama is great to calm an agitated mind and to guide us into a more meditative state of mind.

It stimulates two very important glands of the brain , the pineal and pituitary glands.
