Easy yoga stretches to ease lower back pain

Lower back pain can be due to a few reasons and one of them is tightness in the hip flexors and hamstrings and weakness in the abdominals.
This sequence is a great way to gently work on those areas.

Please note that these are stretches that I recommend just to ease a the pain, however, if you are experiencing acute of chronic pain then it can be a medical concern that needs to be taken to your physician or a health care professional.
