On the first day of the new year, several restaurant patrons and eatery owners spoke out against the lack of enforcement on the smoking ban since it was first introduced on January 1st last year.
The Star TV also spoke to General Secretary of Malaysian Council for Tobacco Control (MCTC) Muhammad Sha'ani Abdullah on the effectiveness of the Health Ministry’s enforcement.
