Dr M: No countries safe from sanctions, praises Iran and Qatar for rising above it

In his closing speech of the Kuala Lumpur Summit 2019, Malaysian Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad warned Muslim world leaders of the threat of unilateral sanctions from western powers.

Dr Mahathir also praised Iran and Qatar, two nations represented at the event, who he said were facing economic blockades but managed to rise and progress above it.
