Johor Baru Magistrate's Court on Monday freed saleswoman Sam Ke Ting, who was involved in an accident which claimed the lives of eight young cyclist two years ago.
Magistrate Siti Hajar Ali released Sam from a reckless driving charge after finding the prosecution had failed to prove a prima facie case.
