The lady driver of a Perodua Myvi which was involved in a three-vehicle collision which killed a navy personnel near Johor Baru last Saturday was sentenced to six years’ jail and fined a total of RM11,300, in default 19 months’ jail, by the Magistrate’s Court.
Magistrate Suhaila Shafi’uddin handed down the punishment on Nur Fatin Nasrah Suhaimi, 23, after she pleaded guilty to all four charges in connection with the fatal crash.
