Ingredients:
For White Dhokla
2 cups Rice
1 cup White Gram Lentils
Salt
1 tsp Eno
Oil
Red Chilli Powder

For Sandwich Dhokla
2 cups Rice
1 cup White Gram Lentils
Coriander & Mint Chutney

For Tempering
1 tbsp Oil
1/2 tbsp Mustard Seeds
Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Method: Let's start with making white Dhokla for which add Rice & White Gram Lentils batter in the bowl then add Salt, Eno mix them all together.
Next, switch on the Steamer then add Oil in Thali and grease them all over. Now add the Batter into the Thali (as shown in the video) then add Red Chilli Powder.
Next, put the Batter Thali in the Steamer and let it steam for 10 minutes after 10 minutes take the Thali out and let it cool down.
In the meantime let's prepare Sandwich Dhokla for which add Oil into Thali like before grease them properly and add the Batter as before. Then put the Batter Thali in the Steamer and let it steam for 10 minutes after 10 minutes add Coriander & Mint Chutney. Now again let it steam for 2 minutes then add the Last layer of Batter and again let it steam for 10 to 12 minutes. After 12 minutes take the Thali out and let it cool down.
Next, let's prepare the Tempering for which add Oil then add Mustard Seeds cook it and add them on top of Sandwich Dhokla with Coriander Leaves (chopped) then cut both of them into the Pieces of your liking and Your Dhokla is ready to serve.
