1-1 1/4 ltr Buttermilk
1 tsp Salt
Red Chilli Powder
3 tbsp Gram Flour
Green Chillies (chopped)
1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
Whole Red Chillies (chopped)
1 tsp Coriander Powder
Methods: Let's start with taking Buttermilk in the bowl in which add Salt, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Gram Flour then mix it together. Next, switch on the Gas and add The Buttermilk mixture into the Kadai and boil it properly then add Green Chillies (chopped), now let the Kadhi cook for 15 minutes in low flame.
Next, let's prepare thadka for which add Ghee into the Pan with Fenugreek Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Curry Leaves, Garlic (chopped), Whole Red Chillies (chopped), saute for few minutes then add Coriander Powder then put the Thadka into the Buttermilk mixture and mix it properly. Add Coriander Leaves (chopped) on top and your Rajasthani Kadhi is ready to serve.
