The Supreme Court has refused to grant bail to Justice C S Karnan. The former judge of the Calcutta High Court was arrested on Tuesday. Justice Karnan who was arrested on contempt charges moved the SC seeking bail. The court however said it could not entertain the plea and he will have to serve the sentence.
