Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav questioned PM Modi's demonetisation move while addressing a rally in U.P.'s Bahraich and asked where did the black money go which was recovered during the move by the Centre. The UP CM further said that the Modi Government only made fake promises.
