00:00I built the military and rebuilt it and made it really strong in my first administration,
00:06along with a lot of other things we did. We had a great first term.
00:10And now we're using it. Unfortunately, we have to. But you're seeing how great it is.
00:15There's no military like it on Earth, not even close.
00:18And we're doing very well in Iran. You see the result.
00:23And it's been amazing. We've knocked out 42 Navy ships, some of them very large, in three days.
00:34That was the end of the Navy. We knocked out their Air Force. We knocked out their communications.
00:39And all telecommunications is gone. I don't know how they communicate, but I guess they will figure something out.
00:47It's not working out too well. And they're bad people. They're just bad people.
00:52Well, when you look at October 7th and beyond October 7th, look at all the killing that they've done over
00:58the years for 47 years.
01:01And this had to be done. They were very close to a nuclear weapon.
01:05They would have had one if we didn't do our B-2 hit, Midnight Hammer.
01:12They would have had it eight months ago.
01:16They would have had a nuclear weapon. You know, they're crazy.
01:19And they would have used it. So we did the world a favor.
01:23And they said, well, how are you doing on a scale of zero to 10?
01:28How are you doing with the attack?
01:30And I said, about a 15, I would say, with 10 being the best.
01:36But it's something that had to be done. And we're doing it well.
01:39On this historic day, we come together to announce a brand new military coalition
01:43to eradicate the criminal cartels plaguing our region.
01:48And you have a lot of it. One of the things when we were talking backstage,
01:52you were telling me that the crime, the cartels, and we're knocking the hell out of them.
01:57Well, we can. We're going to go heavier.
02:01So what we were doing with the boats coming in, the boats,
02:05there's not a lot of people coming in by boats anymore.
02:07We knocked down drugs coming in by sea, drugs coming in through water, is down 96%.
02:15We're trying to find out who the other 4% are,
02:18because I think they're the bravest people in the world.
02:20Either that or they don't watch television, right?
02:24They're either very brave or they're not watching.
02:27But we're calling this military partnership
02:30the America's Counter-Cartel Coalition.
02:34And that's what you need. You have cartels.
02:37They seem to grow in this region unbelievably rapidly.
02:40It has to do with drugs, largely.
02:43Earlier this week here in Miami,
02:45Secretary of War Pete Hexer, who's right here.

02:51And representatives of 17 different nations
02:54formerly entered this new alliance.
02:56Hence, the heart of our agreement is a commitment
03:00to using lethal military force
03:03to destroy the sinister cartels and terrorist networks.
