Russian troops distributed humanitarian aid in the Sayeda Zeinab suburb of the capital Damascus on Thursday. They gave out nearly three hundred packages, containing flour, food supplies, diapers and medicine. Sayeda Zeinab is largely inhabited by residents who have been displaced from the surrounding areas, due to the ongoing conflict.
