00:09despite the imperial war threats the country faces.
00:12During the event, Caracas warned of the consequences that could come
00:15from limiting developing countries' use of fossil energy
00:19and denounced the effects of the unilateral coercive measures
00:22on the capacity to confront the impacts of climate change.
00:26It also maintained that the results of the group's first global assessment
00:30should not impose conditions on national policies, financing or technology transfers.
00:36It is important to note that COP30 will take place between November 10th and 21st
00:41in the city of Belém, in the state of Pará, Brazil.
