Hello, Athletes and Friends! The 30 yd shuttle is pretty simple. I did this for metabolic conditioning. 15 reps with 15 second breaks in-between Go all the way through. This should be done at the end of your workout. This is a great conditioning drill for baseball. Focus on driving the foot in the ground and turning and make sure to alternate starting legs.
