Hello Athletes and Friends, Today were working on the Apex Drill. So were going to set up the cones about 7 yards apart to form an arrowhead. I chose a backpedal into a hip opening run, into a stick and sprint, back into another hip opening chase run. We are trying to work on movement patterns we may encounter in a game. Particularly football, this is a pattern a DB, corner, or safety may see. I did a bout 6 reps preside with a 1:1 -1:2 work ratio. Your covering about 30 yds in 10 seconds in a small area. Good Luck.
