Bryan Lockley: Bicycle Crunches

Hello Athletes and Friends,
We're working on Bicycle Crunches. For this version I'm staying upright so I force the core and lower back to stabilize more throughout the exercise (you also to this lying flat on the back). So you want to sit tall, hands behind the neck elbows out, to guide the rotation but not to pull the neck. Elevate the legs off the ground, pull one knee towards your body and as you place the knee back in the starting position the other knee starts it's motion in a continuous fashion. This is another good exercise for time or for a triset at the end of a workout. Good Luck
