Bryan Lockley: The Terrible T's

Hello athletes and friends,

The terrible t's are a great exercise for trunk activation at the end of your workout. You can go for either time or reps, with time being good for a slow burn while reps are good for toning (add ankle weights). You just need to be aware of your lower back and hamstring flexibility because this could cause cramping or tension in those areas!
