Vice-President of the USA John McCain arrived in Riga. The heads of the Baltic States, as well as Vice-President of the USA John McCain arrived in capital of Latvia to take part in in a solemn ceremony of the Center for strategic communication NATO Stratcom opening. The main task of this unit is to counter Russian propaganda. In addition, the work of the centre includes various military communication solutions, ranging from public relations to psychological operations in the Baltic States.
