Mexico: 23 Pilgrims Killed in Truck Accident

At least 23 people are dead, four of them children, after a dump truck slammed into a crowd of hundreds of pilgrims in the state of Zacatecas in northern Mexico. An additional 22 people were injured. The incident occurred when the truck's brakes failed. teleSUR
