00:32issues as well as in the fight against terrorism and extremism. In this regard, Putin also highlighted
00:38that Moscow helps its African partners overcome the consequences of natural disasters and combat
00:44dangerous epidemic diseases. The conference held in the Egyptian capital Cairo was part of the
