Growth on eyelid can be a nevus, wart, tags, malignant, such growths can be of various shape & size like circular, rounded, flat, umbilicated, pedunculated, dome shaped.
If sudden changes occurs in them, like change in size, regrown after excision, bleeding on slight touch etc indicates malignancy.
