METHOD 1 (Basic): - Boil some water in a pan. Gently crack an egg into the water. - Gather all the egg white together and let it cook well. - Once the egg is ready, strain out the water and gently place it over a toast. - Sprinkle salt and pepper.
METHOD 2 (Using a ring mold): - Take some water in a pan. Place a greased ring mold in the center of the pan and let the water come to a boil. - Gently crack an egg in the ring mold. - Gather all the egg white so that it cooks well. - Once the egg is ready, gently place it over a toast. - Sprinkle salt and pepper.
