No surprises expected in Uruguay's Sunday presidential runoff election

Uruguayans will go to the polls Sunday for a second round vote in presidential elections. No surprises are expected. Socialist Broad Front candidate Tabare Vazquez is leading right wing opposition candidate Luis Lacalle Pou by 13 to 17 percent in the most recent polls.
