Brazilian presidential hopeful incumbent Dilma Rousseff kicked off her second round of campaigning ahead of the October 26 runoff elections. She began in her stronghold in the Brazilian northeast, where in the first round she obtained more than 50% of the votes. Rousseff will end her campaign in Sao Paulo where she was defeated by her right-wing rival Aecio Neves in last Sunday's election. teleSUR
